AmplifyVirtual resources support instruction and intervention. Educators remain responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for their students, setting, and applicable requirements.

Intellectual property

Unless a product license says otherwise, AmplifyVirtual owns its original website content and educational materials. Purchasing a resource grants the license described with that product and does not transfer ownership.

Accuracy and revisions

We review materials carefully and may revise them to improve clarity or correct errors. If you identify an issue, please contact us so we can investigate it.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, publicly distribute, scrape, or use AmplifyVirtual materials to train another commercial content-generation system without written permission.

Third-party services

Purchases or downloads delivered through third-party marketplaces are also subject to those platforms’ terms and policies.
